Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We understand that plans can change. Please review your order carefully before finalising it, as we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed.

In-Stock Orders

If you need to cancel an in-stock order, please notify us within 48 hours of placing it. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to accept the delivery and initiate a return following our returns process.

Made-to-Order or Custom Orders

As custom and made-to-order items are produced specifically to your requirements, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. If you need to make changes to a custom order (such as fabric, colour, or wood finish), please get in touch as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How to Request a Cancellation or Change

  • Your order number
  • Details of the change you would like to make

Our team will respond as quickly as possible to confirm whether the change can be made.
