How can I get updates on a delayed delivery?Updated 18 days ago

We understand that delays can be frustrating and aim to keep you informed throughout the process.

Delays can occasionally occur either during production or during delivery, and updates may differ depending on the stage of your order.




Production or Order Delays

As most of our pieces are made to order, production may occasionally take slightly longer than expected.

This can occur due to:

  • Waiting for materials from suppliers

  • A piece not passing our quality control checks, requiring it to be remade

  • Manufacturing or production delays

These situations are rare, but they help ensure every piece meets our quality standards.

If a production delay occurs, we will contact you by email as soon as we are aware and provide an updated delivery timeframe.




Delivery or Logistics Delays

Once your order has arrived at our warehouse, delivery is managed by our logistics partner.

Occasionally delays may occur due to:

  • Route scheduling

  • Traffic

  • Operational or logistical issues

If this happens, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate.
