What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated 18 days ago

We’re very sorry to hear your item has arrived damaged. Please follow the steps below so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

Step 1 – Report the issue

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Step 2 – Send supporting information

Email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage

Step 3 – Review and resolution

Our team will assess the issue and may review delivery records with our logistics partner to determine where the damage occurred.

If a return or replacement is required, we will arrange a collection through our logistics partner. You will receive confirmation of the collection date via SMS and email.

Please ensure items are securely repacked in their original packaging before collection.
